Shipping and Returns

With regard to shipping and return delivery time for your order starts from the date of order excluding weekends and any public holiday that falls in between. In order for you to track your order we would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email

Depending upon your location the products once placed can take 3-4 days to ship and adding another 2-3 days to reach your doorstep. At the time of order confirmation you will see the delivery date for your order. Abroad or India our shipping charges will be as depending upon the destination to be delivered. Courier charges has to be paid by the customer. For fees and taxes the customer may be charged as the order passes through customs.  Depending on your destination country the duties and taxes may vary. 

Payment

All major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and Net Banking options across all major banks are accepted by us and for international transactions we also use Pay Pal.

Refund

Exchanges and return on products is not offered by our company policy. We are open to extending refund or re-fulfilling your order in case of the product being wrongfully shipped by us or has a genuine quality or a manufacturing defect. You may feel free to write us at info@shawlsons.co.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, method of payment, and image of the product to return or exchange a product or report a damage in transition. Our customer care team will look into the issue and get back to you  within 24 hours. We expect wrongfully delivered or defective items with original packaging must be returned within 10 days.

Unworn and in the original packaging the returned items must be. Used products will not be accepted for return and refund purposes. In case the returned product does not meet our return policy requirements we have the right to deny refund. Responsibility of the customer is the return shipping fees, also being non refundable are the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation by Shawlsons

Your order not being processed or dispatched can happen sometimes after being placed due to some reasons which include various factors such as quantity of a product being different as compared to shown on the website, the price of the product being different from shown on the website, our delivery companies not delivering to a particular location due to some reason or the product having some serious defects. Within a time frame of 10-12 working days the amount will be refunded if your order is cancelled after the payment has been done at your end.
